Woman Crush Wednesday – Natalie Dormer

006Natalie Dormer, born February 11, 1982 in Reading, Berkshire is my Woman Crush Wednesday. She is mostly known as Margaery Tyrell in Game of Thrones and Anne Boleyn in The Tudors, as well as Irene Adler and Moriarty in the American Sherlock show, Elementary. She’ll also be playing Cressida in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Parts 1 and 2.

She was a top student throughout her academic years, and went to multiple performing arts schools. Soon after graduating from Webber Douglas Academy of Dramatic Art in 2005, she was cast in her first role (Victoria in Casanova). Since then, she’s been in 12 other movies, 9 shows/TV movies, and 3 stage productions. She’ll be expanding her talents to a radio show as well, performing Neil Gaiman’s Neverwhere alongside James McAvoy, Sir Christopher Lee, Benedict Cumberbatch, Anthony Head, and many others.

Her Woman Crush Wednesday status is largely attributed to the usual qualities (beauty and talent), but also for those crazy blue eyes. She’s a wonderful actress and an even better human being. She’s got a rather unique look, and she’s smart to boot!

Information from IMDB and Admiring Natalie Dormer.

Enjoy some more pictures of this lovely lady.
